Why do you work at Pack Health? What’s your favorite part of your job? Where do you get your inspiration?

I work at Pack Health because it is hard to find a company that has a drive to genuinely help people and help make an impact in their lives. My favorite part of the job is seeing people notice the tiny changes they make in their lives can lead to big results down the line when it comes to reaching their goals. I get my inspiration from my parents, who always instilled that if you have a chance to help someone don’t hesitate and do what you can to make a difference.

What’s your favorite healthy food and why? Share a recipe with us!

I love avocado! I grew up with it in my household especially coming from a Mexican family. I love that you can have it by itself with seasonings, in tortillas, on so many foods, and make sides like guacamole and salsa.

What’s your favorite way to stay active and why?

My favorite way to stay active is to run, hike, and strength train! I love spending my time outside and in the outdoors especially when it is a beautiful day. It’s a good time to lower stress levels and it is a great time for me to reflect on things.

How else do you practice self-care?

I also practice self-care by eating frequently throughout the day with four meals and making sure I am hydrated at all times. Most days I drink around 160 ounces of water.

What advice do you have for someone just joining the program?

As someone who is almost done with training, my advice is to treat every member and give them all the same awesome experience! Be empathetic and interpersonal at all times, members relate to you more and are more open when they see this from you.
