A number of our members, in particular members with rheumatoid arthritis, have expressed concern about how to maintain and improve hand strength.
Here are a few exercises we recommend:
01 Bend wrists up and down.
02 Slowly curl fingers closed, one knuckle at a time.
03 Place palm on a flat surface and spread fingers wide.
04 Squeeze a stress ball
If you want to strengthen other parts of your body, talk to your Health Advisor about other low impact exercises to try. They can recommend specific options for your goals and abilities.
