What do you like to eat for dinner? We all have our preferences. There’s no one-size-fits-all meal that everybody should be eating every day.

If you’re a fan of salads, it’s not that hard to avoid inflammatory ingredients and include flare-fighting foods. But a lot of us look for a little more substance in our supper. It’s easy to stray into the land of refined carbs (pasta, white rice, white bread), saturated fats (found in red meat, butter, cream, cheese, and anything made with these ingredients), and trans-fats (found in fast food, fried foods, processed  foods, and most stick margarines).
